Returns & Refund Policy

At Roxe Sydney, your satisfaction is our top priority. Should an item not meet your expectations, you can easily return or exchange it. We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase.  

Note: We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Returns are only accepted for new, unused items in their original packaging. Please ensure that all tags, accessories, and documents are included.  

To be eligible for a return, simply contact our customer service at info@roxesydney.com to start your return process. You must provide your order number, which you received in an email sent from us. Our support team will then assist you with the return process and share all the details with you.

Return Methods

Please inspect your order upon receipt. We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.   

  • If the item is damaged, faulty or incorrectly delivered, we will cover the return shipping costs.  
  • If return is due to a personal reason (e.g., wrong size, change of mind, dissatisfaction), you are responsible for the return shipping costs. In these cases, the customer is responsible for the return label. Shipping costs are non-refundable.  
  • No restocking fees: No additional fees are charged for returns.

Return Process

  1. Please contact us at info@roxesydney.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Once your request is reviewed and approved, you will receive a return authorization along with detailed return instructions.
  3. Securely pack the item in its original packaging.
  4. If you are arranging the return yourself, kindly drop the package to the shipping provider of your choice.
  5. For defective or incorrectly delivered items, we will provide a return label.

Note: Please keep your proof of shipment until your refund has been processed.

Refund

Once we receive your returned package, we will process and issue your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days (Monday to Friday).

Note: It may take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If it has been more than 15 business days since we approved your return, please contact us at info@roxesydney.com

As our items are shipped from Asia, there may be longer transit times which we have no control over. If the items are already on their way to you, no refunds are possible. Please wait until you have received the items and then return them to us.

Exchange

The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return your original purchase. Once the return is approved, you may place a new order for the desired item. We will gladly assist you with a quick and easy exchange. Simply contact our customer service at: info@roxesydney.com

Note:  Our products are shipped from our logistics center in China. Delivery to Australia typically takes 6–12 business days. Delivery is only available within Australia.
