Returns & Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, simply contact our customer service at info@roxe-sydney.com to start your return process. You must provide your order number, which you received in an email directly from us.
If your return is accepted, we will send you our return instructions as well as the address where you should send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damage and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item so that we can assess the problem and resolve it.
Exchange
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refund
Once we receive your return package, we will process and issue your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days (Monday to Friday).
Please note that it may take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If it has been more than 15 business days since we approved your return, please contact us at info@roxe-sydney.com.
As our items are shipped from Asia, there may be longer transit times which we have no control over. If the items are already on their way to you, no refunds are possible. Please wait until you have received the items and then return them to us.

If the items are already on their way to you, refunds cannot be issued until you receive them. Once delivered, you may return them to us following the standard return process.
